Honeygain is a simple way to make extra cash without much effort.

Once the Honeygain app is installed and set up, it runs in the background, making you money using your available network bandwidth for data intelligence tasks like web crawling and content delivery.

Your unused internet bandwidth is shared with trusted companies on the Honeygain network.

  • iPhone
  • android phone

Is Honeygain Safe?

Honeygain review: is it safe to share your internet? (woman on laptop)

Honeygain has been whitelisted by major antivirus software companies.

This means that Honeygain is a safe app.

Honeygain has been recognized as safe by these antivirus companies:

  • Windows Defender
  • Kaspersky
  • Malwarebytes
  • Avast
  • McAfee
  • Palo Alto, and many others

Your private information is also kept safe when sharing your internet connection because of bandwidth encryption.

This ensures data security when you’re crowdsourcing available network bandwidth.

In other (non-tech) words, your personal data and any sensitive information is not visible to anyone. It’s all scrambled up into unintelligible cyberspace gobbledygook.

To be extra careful, install the Honeygain app directly from the official website, not a third party site.

Honeygain Review BBB

When researching for this Honeygain review, I fully expected Honeygain to be Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited.

I have reviewed other companies that help people make money online, and usually am pleasantly surprised by their positive ratings.

Since I’m always committed to an honest review of Honeygain (or whatever I’m reviewing), here is Honeygain’s grade on BBB:

C-

Not super impressive.

Not abysmal, I suppose.

But Honeygain.com is currently not BBB accredited.

When looking into it further, the reason for this rating is there were six complaints against their business and Honeygain failed to respond to one complaint.

But then, I looked at the Honeygain reviews on Trustpilot and Facebook.

Does Honeygain Actually Pay Out?

Yes, reading the Honeygain reviews on Facebook and Trustpilot from actual users, Honeygain does pay out.

One reviewer wrote that they pay on time.

Another Honeygain reviewer said that payment was credited to them instantly.

You have to reach over a certain threshold before you can cash out. Right now you have to have a minimum of $20 in your Honeygain account for you to get a payout.

Honeygain App Review Tips

To make the most extra money with the Honeygain app, install Honeygain on as many devices as you have.

If you have a couple of phones, a tablet, and two laptops in your household, install Honeygain on all five of those devices.

With different IP addresses your earning potential will be higher.

You can install Honeygain on up to 10 devices. The more devices, the more passive income from the Honeygain app.

Because a desktop device usually has a more stable network connection than a mobile device, desktop devices will usually earn more money on the Honeygain network.

But mobile devices can be in higher demand due to SEO desirability.
