These strawberry scones taste like summer! This is a super easy strawberry scones recipe, with only 4 ingredients and takes 20 minutes to make from start to finish!
Preheat oven to 475 F.
In a medium bowl, measure out 2 cups of self-rising flour.
If you don’t have self-rising flour in your kitchen, use this: 2 cups flour + 1 tbsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt.
Add the strawberries and sugar to this mixture and stir together.
Measure out 1 ½ cups whipping cream into a measuring cup and pour into the dry ingredients.
Stir with a spoon until all mixed together.
Scoop 8 large blobs of scone batter onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 475F for 12-15 minutes until golden on top, and the middles are cooked.
