This makes a delicious meal replacement or a healthy snack or even a healthy dessert! It’s vegan, and gluten-free and can be made paleo smoothie if you sub a different nut butter (like almond butter or cashew butter) for the peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter (you can sub with any nut butter)
  • ½ cup milk (any kind you like to drink)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (you can also use honey or agave)

Instructions

  1. Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth!

  2. Top with berries, a drizzle of peanut butter, a drizzle of maple syrup, or even whipped cream.

  3. (Hands up if you think whipped cream goes with everything!)
