best gingerbread scones

Cozy, warmly spiced gingerbread scones are the breakfast I dream of when the weather gets cooler.
They take only 10 minutes to prep and 20 minutes to bake.
2 cups flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground cloves 1/2 tsp sea salt 2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup cold butter
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup milk, any kind
Maple Vanilla Glaze 1 cup powdered sugar 2 tbsp melted butter, or vegan butter 1 tbsp maple syrup ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
